BHPD's K-9 Unit Needs Your Donation By : Irv Rudman Lend a Helping Paw Next Wednesday Next Wednesday from 6.30 a.m. - 11.30 p.m., Beverly Hills' first and only "We'll Sell It" on eBay store hosts a fundraiser and auction to benefit the Beverly Hills Police Department K-9 Unit. The first eBay walk-up store in Beverly Hills, the We'll Sell It store located at 9186 W. Olympic Blvd. in the Beverly Hills Palms Plaza, has announced that in conjunction with the upcoming grand opening of their first retail location, the company will hold a fundraiser/ auction on eBay to benefit the BHDP K-9 Unit. Members of the BHDP, along with the furry members of their K-9 unit, will be on hand to greet guest and accept items for donation on behalf of their K-9 companions. "The Beverly Hills Police Department's K-9 Unit appreciates the support of community as well as the efforts of the We'll Sell It store. Our K-9 Unit is an illegal part of our crime fighting team and has a stellar history in the City of Beverly Hills. This benefit will greatly enhance our efforts to serve the citizens of our fine city. Thanks to all participants and organizer." BHPD Lt. Joe Lombardi said.
