BHPD "We'll Sell It On eBay" Fundraiser A Huge Success By : Irv Rudman  BHPD K-9 Officer Shawn Dexter and Gregory McKay share a hug at the "We'll Sell It On eBay" fundraising event in September On Sept 29, "We'll Sell It On eBay", the first eBay walk-up store in Beverly Hills, held a fundraiser for the K-9 unit of the Beverly Hills Police Department, and it was a definite success. The K-9 unit made $3,316.41 during the event, and "We'll Sell It" is donating all of the proceeds from the sales and all eBay and shipping related fees. The fundraiser was a success due in large part to the K-9 officers, who play such a large role in the crime fighting efforts in the City of Beverly Hills. In particular, Officer Robert Bloore took several hours of his own personal time to be there and help the eBay team. The Beverly Hills community contributed so much to the fundraiser along with celebrities Jim Belushi, Khandi Alexander of "CSI:Miami", Jose Canseco, Cyndi Lauper and many others. "We'll Sell It On eBay", has been seen on CBS Channel 2, ABC Channel 7, FOX Channel 11 and CNN Worldwide News. The public can bring their items to the eBay store and then the company sells them at www.wewillsellanything.com. "We'll Sell It On eBay" will be franchising all across
the country starting in January, 2005. The company is thankful
