FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)

Q: I have lots of things I would like to sell but I don’t know what they are worth. How can I find out?
A: Just bring your items into us and we will use specialized computer software that gives us many statistics on all items ever sold on eBay to determine how much your item would probably sell for on eBay.

Q: Once I drop off my items, what will happen to them?
A: After you have dropped your items off, we’ll enter your items into We’ll SELL It’s database; we will take professional photographs of the items and then list them on eBay, using a 7-day auction listing. During that time we will hold the items in a safe location where they cannot be harmed. As an additional safety measure, all items in our store will be insured against damage or theft.

Q: Once my item is sold on eBay, how does it get to the final customer? Do I have to ship the item?
A: No you don’t. Remember, once you drop the items at our store, we will take care of everything for you including shipping the items to the buyer in a quick and professional manner at no charge to you.

Q: What if a potential buyer has a question about my item?
A: We will get all pertinent information from you up front then field all questions from potential buyers in a timely and professional manner.

Q: I’ve got a business here in the LA area and I’ve been thinking of listing some of my products on eBay. Can you help me with that?
A: Absolutely! Just send us an email or give us a call and we’ll be more than happy to go over our special Business Services package.

Q: I would like to sell my item but I’m afraid it might not sell for as much money as I want. Can I set a reserve price?
A: Yes, eBay has a great function that allows sellers to set a minimum or reserve price for your item and lucky for you, we are eBay experts and know how to use that reserve to the best of its ability. Just bring your items in and we’ll tell you all about our special promotions and programs involving reserve prices.
